How can I increase image download speed?
- Save only the frames required for the test.
- Use a Region of Interest to reduce file size.
- Save in MRAW format where appropriate.
- Use Bayer save for color image data when suitable.
- Enable the highest supported jumbo-frame value on the PC network adapter.
How do I reset the Gigabit Ethernet interface without losing data?
Press and hold User Switch 1 on the rear camera panel for approximately ten seconds. The indicator LEDs will sequence in both directions, confirming that the Gigabit Ethernet interface has reset while retaining the existing network settings.
Why do I see color bars on the LCD keypad when using HD-SDI?
Use the Head Select/Function button on the keypad to switch the live image between the keypad and monitor. To view images on both, connect the monitor through the camera’s Video Out connector where supported.
