March 15th, 2017                     Abstract authors start being notified and invitation letters start being emailed for people needing visas.
June 15th, 2017                       Last day to submit full papers for the proceedings of 30th ISB.
June 15th 2017                        Defence Technology full paper authors notification ends.
June 30th, 2017                       Defence Technology papers published online.
August 15th, 2017                    Deadline for submission of applications for the Chou award for young authors.
August 19th, 2017                    Last day to book hotel at special rates for symposium.
