DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Aeroballistic Range Association (ARA) annual meeting. ARA meetings are attended by an international group of scientists and engineers from government\, academia\, and industry involved in various aspects of maintaining\, upgrading\, and utilizing launcher technology for a variety of research applications\, mostly involving defense or aerospace applications. The meeting is primarily composed of technical talks presented by the ARA members. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nTopics covered at the annual meeting include: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nBallistic range operations;\nInstrumentation for studying dynamic mechanical events;\nEvaluation of range accidents;\nExterior and terminal ballistics research technology;\nDevelopment of research launchers;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImpact mechanics and shock physics research technology;\nEvaluation of high-speed vehicle flight characteristics;\nArmor development technology; and\nNon-classical applications of gun-related testing.
